Civil Litigation
The District Attorney seeks court orders to end conditions that exist in violation of nusance statutes and to seize property used in the commission of a crime. The property sized from drug offenders, including houses, cars, and the cash proceeds of drug deals, is reinvested in the fight against drugs in the community.
